Build AI that has to work in production.

We design, build and run AI systems inside enterprise environments. The users are the client’s, the data is the client’s, and you are accountable for whether it works in production. If that’s the work you want, we’d like to meet you.

How we work

What we ask of everyone.

  • ProductionThe system has the client’s users, the client’s data and the client’s constraints. It isn’t done until those users rely on it.
  • Own the outcomeYou are accountable for whether what you build delivers its value in production.
  • AI-nativeYou use AI tools every day to write and debug code, explore designs and automate the busywork.
  • In the room with clientsYou sit with the client team, in their standups and their reviews.

Open roles

Four ways to join the team.

Two engineering roles build and run production AI inside client environments; two sales roles bring in the clients we build for.
